Shipping & Delivery
Everything you need to know
We do our best to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible and many of our products are shipped the next business day unless otherwise noted. Delivery times for orders made after 3PM CST will be calculated from the next business day. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday and all Holidays. In some cases, orders with multiple items may ship separately.
Some of our items including personalized products, require additional processing and if it will take extra time to prepare for shipping, this is generally indicated on the product page or will be indicated during the checkout process. Processing times can vary from 2- 7 business days, this does not include shipping times.
We offer multiple options though a variety of shipping carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
We offer to all of the United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska):
- Free shipping for purchases over $50 (before tax)
- $3.99 flat rate shipping for purchases under $50 (before tax)
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska:
- Free shipping for purchases over $65 (before tax)
- $4.99 flat rate shipping for purchases under $65 (before tax)
Total purchase amount is the cart subtotal before sales taxes are added. Other discounts applied to your order may change your subtotal.
We also offer multiple expedited options (domestic and international) where shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the order.
When Free Shipping is offered as part of a promotion, we will ship all items via Standard Shipping unless otherwise noted.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less the shipping charges.
